Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer Working with chemicals and on waste water and Clean water Utility sites. to join our dynamic team.We also Work on power plants and Nuclear Power plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and installation of equipment at client locations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and technical expertise. ALL TRAINING PROVIDED. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Duties
- Install, commission, and calibrate equipment at customer sites in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing faults accurately and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations during all field activities.
- Assist in the development of service procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly to clients with varying levels of expertise.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites.
