About the Role
This full-time Immigration Specialist (paralegal) role focuses on creating and maintaining practical guidance content for professionals working in immigration law. You will contribute to a leading online resource, helping users navigate key areas of UK immigration by delivering clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date materials.
Responsibilities
Working closely alongside and under the supervision of the Lead Immigration Knowledge Lawyer, writing, editing, and maintaining content for the Immigration module, including practical guidance notes, precedent documents, checklists, flowcharts, Q&As, and related materials
Monitoring legal and practice developments relevant to our customer base
Engaging with customers and legal contacts to understand their needs and staying updated on the latest developments and market trends
Assisting with customer questions and feedback
Collaborating proactively with over 30 other Lexis+® UK practice areas and the wider business who contribute to the Immigration module
Working closely with Lexis+ Hub to produce a market-leading current awareness offering
Requirements
Some experience of and interest in immigration content or a strong knowledge of, and some experience in, immigration law, in either case with a genuine interest in the field
Good working knowledge of Asana, Arbortext, Echo and Appian
Ability to write clearly and concisely, effectively communicating complex legal concepts and their practical application
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in legal content writing and review
Strong research, organisational, and planning skills, with a solid drive to meet challenging objectives and deliverables
