Do you enjoy building relationships and thrive in a target driven environment? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and source pharmacists whilst building relationships with healthcare clients.

We support NHS Trusts and private sector organisations by placing registered nurses, midwives, operating department practitioners, doctors, allied health professionals and psychological therapists into temporary, permanent and contract roles. About the Role
In this role, you will:
Source and screen pharmacists for positions, building relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Understand role requirements from our clients and assess candidates suitability.
Account manage healthcare clients and build strong relationships to generate repeat business.
Conduct new business development calls with healthcare clients.

Experience We’re Looking For
Recruitment or sales background with demonstrable experience working to targets.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
Proven experience in building stakeholder relationships.
