The Role
Star Cabs LTD is seeking an experienced and organised Workshop Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our workshop at our Haverhill depot. You will supervise a small team and help manage the servicing, maintenance, and compliance of a fleet of approximately 100 Local authority licenced vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small team, allocating daily tasks
- Oversee servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of the fleet
- Ensure vehicles meet all Local Authority, MOT, and plate testing requirements
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Plan servicing schedules to minimise vehicle downtime
- Liaise with management and external suppliers as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Solid mechanical knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence (required) - desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workshop environment

- DBS check required (paid for by the company)
