We are seeking talented, friendly freelance massage + facial therapists to join our wellness team.
You’ll be working from a beautiful hotel setting in Ewen, Cirencester delivering treatments from the hotels treatment rooms designed to create a calm and relaxing experience for both therapists and guests.
All products and towels are provided, so you can focus on what you do best.
The successful candidate will deliver wonderful massage and facial treatments that help our clients relax, unwind, and feel their very best.
You’ll be working in a calm, welcoming environment where comfort, care, and exceptional customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Perform customised massage and facial treatments in accordance with client preferences and health considerations.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing treatment environment at all times
- Ensure client comfort throughout the session and address any concerns promptly
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client feedback
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and hygiene at all times

Qualifications
- Qualified to ITEC Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Fully insured, including public liability insurance
- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Friendly, approachable, confident and professional
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Passionate about delivering exceptional treatments
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively listen and respond to clients’ needs
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to massage therapy and beauty treatments
