Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator/Paraplanner to join our team in. This vital role combines administrative expertise with financial planning support, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality client service. As a key member of our financial services team, you will assist with report writing, analysis, and client communication, contributing to the delivery of comprehensive financial advice and planning. Hours can be flexible and role can be hybrid model with some days working from home
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation to support financial planning and Estate Planning activities
- Conduct analysis of client data to assist in developing tailored financial strategies
- Manage and organize client records using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and third-party providers to coordinate appointments and gather information
- Support the paraplanning process by reviewing and verifying financial information for accuracy
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the financial services sector or related fields
- Strong report writing and analysis skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiar with Inteliflo, FE Analytics or Defaqto research tools
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise confidently with clients and team members
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and terminology is highly desirable
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated IT competence for handling various software tools and systems
- Strong time management skills to prioritize workload in a busy environment
