Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere

- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and cleanliness compliance
- Lead by example in food safety practices, hygiene standards, and adherence to health regulations
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development to keep offerings innovative and appealing
- Serve as a key point of contact during service periods, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment with a strong background in food production and cooking
- Supervising experience or previous leadership roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
