Our well established client Kingspan are looking for production and factory operatives to join their growing team!
As a factory operative, you could be trained on various production lines using machinery across different departments manufacturing steel and insulation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can drive or reliably commute to Sherburn
- Has previous manufacturing or production experience
- Has flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and splits dependent on production demand
- Is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
And the best part? You'll be rewarded with a starting salary of £11.44p/h (£23,200 per annum) for the first 3 months and up to £14.26 per hour after probation (£28,919 per annum) plus overtime paid after 39 hours worked and access to a range of Kingspan company benefits, including:
