Hospitality Bar Staff
Turton Wines is an independent wine merchant based in Bromley Cross, BL7 are recruiting additional team member for the Slaughtered House Bar which is situated on site at the rear of the shop. Position will require bar team to help in the shop from time to time and cover when necessary.
Shifts will vary but are likely to be days/evenings on Friday, Saturday & Sunday varying start times to latest Midnight to cover a variety of events (Wine Tastings & private functions etc )
To greet and serve the guest in accordance with The Slaughtered House's standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, and in professional manner. Display excellent hospitality through positive personality with both guest and co-workers.
Living in the local in Bromley Cross BL7 area would be an advantage.

Over 18 and have experience in similar roles is essential. An interest in wanting to up their skill set and a keen interest in wine would be an advantage.
The Skills
- Bar skills & keeping a well stocked bar
- Basic food preparation skills
- Event work experience but not essential
- Keen interest in Wine
- Support Turton Wines retail if required
- Willing & eager to learn, train & go above & beyond
- Keen eye for detail and excellent customer service
- Keeping up our standards
Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in similar role
Shifts
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday Day/Evening & Sunday Day
- You will be required to work key trading days of the year which are, Bank Holidays, Mothers Day, Easter Sunday, Fathers Day, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve
