Pay: £16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Fish Filleters to join our busy seafood processing team in Anstruther, Fife.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with previous fish filleting experience to become part of a well-established business that values quality, teamwork, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Fillet and prepare fish to a high standard.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications while minimising waste.
- Work efficiently and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous fish filleting experience is essential.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work.
