Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner Monday to Friday x 2.5 hours per evening to join our dynamic facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during evening hours. As an Evening Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are spotless, hygienic, and well-organized, contributing to the overall positive experience for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and commitment to high standards will help uphold our reputation for cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, clinical rooms , hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance issues
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly to ensure a safe workspace
- Report any damages or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
