What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of our production team, you'll help manufacture high-quality packaging products while ensuring our safety and quality standards are met.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Setting up and monitoring production processes.
- Carrying out routine machine safety and quality checks.
- Recording production data and completing relevant documentation.
- Identifying and reporting quality or equipment issues.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Reducing waste and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
- Providing clear communication during shift handovers.
Full training will be provided on all equipment and processes.

Shift Pattern
You'll work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, giving you regular extended breaks throughout the month.
The rotation includes:
- 5 day shifts
- 2 day shifts
- 5 night shifts
- 2 night shifts
This pattern provides an average of 43 paid hours per week, with 7 days off every 14 days, helping to support a healthy work-life balance.
