We’re proud to be recruiting a Lifestyle Ambassador on behalf of our client, The Village at Westfield London - a flagship luxury retail and wellbeing space that redefines what it means to shop, dine, and connect.
This is more than a concierge role - it’s about owning the end-to-end luxury experience, becoming the trusted guide for VIP guests, and shaping moments that matter.
About the Role
As the Lifestyle Ambassador for The Village at Westfield London, you’ll serve as the key player of our luxury experience - an ambassador of excellence who bridges relationships between VIP clients, brand partners, retailers and General Managers. With a pulse on London’s premium lifestyle scene and a gift for personalisation, you'll craft unforgettable experiences and champion a world-class suite of services that drive loyalty and elevate The Village as a destination. This will be a full time, onsite role of 40 hours per week.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Curating bespoke guest experiences across fashion, fine dining, wellness, and cultural discovery
- Coordinating premium services including valet parking, hands-free shopping, tailoring and luxury retail
- Activating loyalty and VIP engagement initiatives, supporting repeat visits and deeper guest affinity
- Collaborating with luxury retailers and hospitality partners to enhance service delivery and unlock cross-promotional value
- Sharing insights and feedback that inform continuous improvement and innovation across guest journeys
- Bringing the Ethos Farm spirit to life through professionalism, empathy, and a deep commitment to human-centric service
Who You Are
- A proven professional in luxury hospitality, guest experience, or lifestyle concierge roles
- Experience in luxury Beauty & Wellness desirable
- Naturally empathetic with a people-first mindset and strong emotional intelligence
- Confident and proactive in engaging high-profile clients, internal stakeholders, and brand partners
- Commercially aware, with a passion for elevating service standards and driving excellence
- Deeply connected to London’s luxury and cultural landscape, always on the pulse of what’s next
- Inspired by purpose-driven work and aligned with Ethos Farm’s values of trust, partnership, and empowerment
Pay: Up to £19.00 per hour
