Key Responsibilities
- Learner Management: Conduct initial assessments, create Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), and conduct regular remote or in-person reviews.
- Teaching & Assessment: Deliver blended teaching, mark assignments, and verify progression in line with awarding body and IQA standards.
- Off-the-job Training: Support learners in tracking required off-the-job training hours and maintaining accurate records.
- End Point Assessment (EPA): Prepare candidates for their final EPA to ensure successful completion.
- Compliance & Safeguarding: Strictly adhere to safeguarding, Prevent duty, Equal Opportunities, and Health & Safety regulations.
Essential Requirements
- Qualifications: Any as we are also looking for fresher on a job role of trainee assessor and
- Proper assessor role - Recognized Assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA, CAVA) and/or a Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CertEd).
- Occupational Competency: Hands-on industry experience within Health and Social Care.
- Skills: Strong IT and communication skills, ability to manage a caseload, and a commitment to maintaining ongoing CPD (Continuous Professional Development)

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
