We're looking for energetic, confident and outgoing people to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses in a brand new bar opening on Newland Avenue.
This isn't your typical hospitality role. We're looking for people who love interacting with customers, bring positive energy wherever they go and want to help create unforgettable nights out.
From welcoming guests through the door to getting involved in themed nights, celebrations and entertainment, you'll be a huge part of creating the atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

About the Role:
As part of our Hospitality & Floor Team, you'll spend your shift engaging with guests, delivering excellent customer service and helping create an exciting, fun-filled atmosphere throughout the venue.
You'll be supporting the bar and floor teams, interacting with customers, assisting with table service where required and making sure every guest has an incredible experience from start to finish.
No two nights are the same, so we're looking for people with great personalities who aren't afraid to get involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the venue.
- Assist with food and drink service when required.
- Engage with customers and help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
- Celebrate birthdays, special occasions and themed events with guests.
- Encourage customers to get involved with entertainment and activities.
- Work alongside the bar, floor and management teams to ensure smooth service.
- Keep the venue clean, tidy and well presented.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Help maintain high standards of service at all times.
- Represent the venue with enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude.
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
