What You’ll Be Doing, Deliver Specialist Support
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
- Follow tailored support plans designed around each person
Promote Independence
- Support daily living tasks including personal care, cooking, budgeting, and household activities
- Encourage confidence, choice, and independence
Provide Emotional & Social Support
- Build strong, trusting relationships
- Support individuals to access the community, hobbies, education, and employment opportunities
Support Health Needs
- Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
- Work alongside healthcare professionals
Be Part of a Team
- Keep accurate records
- Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver consistent support

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in health & social care
- Ability to work a mix of shifts including evenings, nights, and alternate weekends
- Willingness to work across community and supported living services
