The North Shore Hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views over our golf course and also the beach, as we are situated less than 50 meters away. Due to increased trade we are looking to expand our team here within the F&B department to help cater for our festive functions alongside our normal hotel guests.
Responsibility:
- Knowledge of the drinks dispense, cellar and front of house environments would be an advantage
- Responsible for serving customers and maintaining high standards of service
- Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible for serving customers and maintaining high standards of service
- Provide detailed information on beverages and food options, Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Rotate stock and maintain sales displays according to Company guidelines.
- Prepare bar/restaurant areas for service in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
- Food service, cleaning and resetting tables as needed
- Full on the job training will be given as well as the opportunity to be entered onto further training as and when required.
Keep in mind that duties require working shifts, weekends, and holidays periods.
