Key Responsibilities
- Own branch performance & profitability

- Run day-to-day branch operations
- Lead, coach & motivate your team
- Deliver great service to trade & retail customers
- Grow sales, margin & performance
What You'll Need
- Builders merchant leadership experience
- Strong commercial awareness
- Hands-on leadership style
- Passion for service & results
- Working Hours
- Mon - Fri: 7am 5pm
- Saturdays 08:00 -12:00 as required
