JOB OVERVIEW:
To lead our pest control operations across Cleankill and Clearup in London & SE.
To manage all field service delivery teams, drive operational efficiency and act as the primary point of contact for our major commercial clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership
Direct and manage a field team of 26+ technicians and 4 team leaders, overseeing recruitment,
training, performance management, and scheduling.
Service Delivery
Ensure compliance and completion of all commercial and domestic service visits across the region,
aiming to ensure PCP state of service targets of 95% are achieved.
Key Account Management
Act as primary escalation point for major clients, handling queries, delivering service reviews, nurturing
relationships and ensuring high customer retention rates.
H&S and Compliance
Adherence to PCP H&S protocols and audit findings, oversee RAMS and other industry requirements and
ensure that teams comply with all relevant H&S legislation.
Performance tracking
Monitor operational KPIs including team productivity, scheduled treatment completion, response times,
service efficiency and ensure quality of delivery (QA) through team leaders.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
A proven track record in service management within pest control, or another distress business.
Experience managing service teams and developing staff.
An understanding of client liaison and managing larger corporate service level agreements.
Desirable
Living within operational service area.
Knowledge of Cleankill and/or Clearup operations.
Many years’ experience dealing with staff and productivity targets.
