What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. We work to daily targets, so being able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards is really important.
Order Preparation & Gift Wrapping
- Writing personalised gift messages (neat, clear handwriting is essential)
- Carefully assembling and beautifully gift-wrapping orders
- Maintaining high standards by checking details to make sure each box feels perfect
Warehouse & Fulfilment
- Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
- Working towards daily packing targets as part of the team
- Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
- Supporting the team across all areas of fulfilment
- Being active for most of the day
Content Participation
- The option to take part in occasional social media content (e.g. appearing in “Meet the team” content and group photos)
- No experience needed - just a willingness to get involved!

- Happy working in a warehouse environment (Which is cold in the winter - so you'll need to wrap up!)
Contract & Hours
- Working hours are between 9am–4pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday shifts (8am–1pm) are shared fairly across the team, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month required. Additional Saturdays may be required during busier periods of the year.
- Shifts are organised via a monthly rota provided in advance
- Flexibility is important, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
- Probationary period: There will be an initial 3-month probationary period, with regular feedback and support throughout. The probationary period may be extended if required.
