Lead and Develop a Residential Care Home in Spalding

Our Care Home is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our residential care service and help drive the home forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident care leader who enjoys developing teams, improving standards and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Role and Responsibilities
· Leading the day-to-day running of the care home
· Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
· Supporting, motivating and developing the staff team
· Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, medication and safeguarding
· Managing audits, quality assurance and service improvement plans
· Ensuring staffing, training, supervision and appraisals are maintained
· Building strong relationships with residents, relatives and professionals
· Maintaining a positive, open and accountable culture
· Ensuring the home remains inspection-ready
· Working closely with the Proprietor/Nominated Individual to develop the service
What We’re Looking For
You will ideally have:
· You must have previous management experience within a residential care home.
· Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and adult social care regulations
· Experience supporting older people and people living with dementia
· Strong leadership and people-management skills
· Experience with safeguarding, medication management and care planning
· Confidence managing audits, compliance and quality improvement
· Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
· Adept with IT creating simple reports and responsive to email communication.
· Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, or willingness to work towards it
· The ability to become the CQC Registered Manager for the service
