The Opportunity
As a Product Administrator you will support the sales process by assisting with the co-ordination of sales teams familiarisation trips and by assisting with the maintenance of product information, allowing our sales team to effectively sell trips. Additionally, you’ll manage and take responsibility for administrative processes across the department that includes the maintenance of destination information, supplier and contractual support.
Key responsibilities include:
Product administration
- Answering Cases to support Sales and Product colleagues

Build fam itineraries into the Audley booking system

Liaise with suppliers and the Sales Operations team on the planning and implementation of fam trips

Prepare documentation for fam trips
- Arrange team training dates with external suppliers and coordinate with supplier and CSs

Work with Sales and Accounts Payable to support supplier payment process

Preparation and circulation of data and reports
Product delivery
- Provide research and product content for client documentation
- Prepare data and reports for product analysis
- Support maintenance of web itineraries

Help remove and replace images in the Audley Image Library

Presentation of product information to internal and external stakeholders
Supplier & contract support
- Assist with loading product into the Audley system
- Assist with product information maintenance within the Audley booking system

Collate and communicate special offers to Sales teams
- Assist with collection and filing of commercial contracts & liability certificates from suppliers

What You’ll Bring to the Team
You will have previous experience working within the travel industry, ideally with exposure to-or a strong interest in-the cruise sector. You are a clear and effective communicator, confident in engaging with and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Proven track record at meeting deadlines and targets in an administration environment
