About Us
One Concrete Repairs Ltd is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade refurbishment, and structural repair solutions on commercial and residential projects across London and the South East.
We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced operatives who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high standards.
Responsibilities
* Carry out concrete repair works using proprietary repair systems.
* Apply waterproofing systems and protective coatings.
* Undertake façade refurbishment and external building repairs.
* Carry out crack stitching, repointing, sealant replacement, and associated remedial works.
* Work safely at height from scaffolds, MEWPs, and other access systems where required.
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and comply with all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
* Previous experience in concrete repairs, waterproofing, or façade refurbishment.
* Valid CSCS Card (essential).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
* IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS, First Aid, or other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
