The Role
We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing field-based team, working across customer sites throughout the South East.
This is a varied role covering planned installations, reactive repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. You'll be trusted to work independently while delivering first-class workmanship and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out commercial plumbing installations and repairs.
- Installing copper pipework (including Mapress systems) and sanitary ware.
- Completing first and second fix plumbing installations.
- Installing and maintaining hot and cold water systems.
- Carrying out above-ground drainage installations and repairs.
- Diagnosing plumbing faults quickly and effectively.
- Completing small building fabric repairs where appropriate, including basic tiling.
- Communicating professionally with customers throughout each job.
- Completing work safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
- Producing accurate job information, reports and photographs using our mobile systems.
- Working closely with supervisors, estimators and the wider operational team.
- Participating in the on-call rota.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
- Commercial Gas qualifications.
- Experience within maintenance or facilities management.
- Multi-trade experience.
