Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the Time & Attendance system, partnering with Operations, IT, Payroll, HR, and external vendors to deliver agreed project milestones and governance requirements.
Support system configuration, testing, data validation, and go-live activities, ensuring workforce rules, shift patterns, schedules, and reporting requirements are accurately reflected within the system.
Own the integrity, quality, and reliability of Time & Attendance data, ensuring accurate capture of working time, absence, overtime, and labour information.
Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide insight into attendance trends, overtime utilisation, labour performance, and operational efficiency.

Act as the site's key user and subject matter expert for the Time & Attendance system, supporting managers and stakeholders with reporting, data queries, and system-related issues.
Maintain system documentation, reporting standards, and operating procedures, ensuring consistent and effective use of the platform across the organisation.
Ensure workforce data management processes meet compliance, governance, and audit requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting capability, automate manual processes, enhance data accuracy, and increase the value of workforce analytics to support operational decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen data quality, reporting effectiveness, and system performance post-implementation.
