We currently have 2 Full Time Positions Available
We currently have a requirement for 2 energetic and hardworking Night Porters, with a meticulous eye for detail.
The Golf Hotel is a contemporary 3star rated hotel set within a beautiful village
Your role could involve work in all areas creating a varied working environment including :
- Check hotel guests in and out, and assist with luggage when required.
- Carry out security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety
- Serve food and liquor to company standards.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
- Order and deliver guest’s newspapers and correct charging and controls
- Cleaning of areas as requested
- Taking of monies for the payment of services
- To establish a friendly and helpful attitude to all guests and staff
- Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
- Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified
- The preparation of Breakfast Service
- Setting up Events Rooms for conferences & functions
- Cleaning of areas as requested
- To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary
