We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our friendly, fast-moving team. This is a role for someone who enjoys creativity but also understands that great design needs to work in the real world — considering colours, materials, manufacturing processes, and the small details that make a product stand out.
You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team to turn ideas into production-ready designs, helping create merchandise that customers are genuinely excited about.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking client ideas and turning them into visual concepts
- Creating artwork for a wide range of custom merchandise projects
- Developing designs while considering production methods and technical requirements
- Preparing final artwork ready for manufacture
- Working with clients to refine designs and achieve approval
- Communicating creative ideas clearly with customers and colleagues
- Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality products
About you
You’re a creative thinker who loves design but also enjoys solving problems. You have a good eye for detail, take pride in your work, and understand that the little details can make a big difference.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong graphic design skills and creative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator
- Confidence communicating ideas and presenting designs
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
It would be great if you have…
- Experience designing merchandise, badges, patches, or similar products
- Knowledge of preparing artwork for manufacturing
- Experience working with client feedback and revisions

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: In person at our Huddersfield office
