Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming environment
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support food preparation activities as needed to assist kitchen staff during busy periods
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure guest safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially with food handling and customer interaction
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and barista skills is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
