We are looking to recruit a cleaning contract manager in the London area working from Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule between the hours of 6am-8pm
Pay Rate: £30,000
Location : Central London
General Duties
- Oversee day to day cleaning on sites to ensure expected standards are being met
- Carry out minimum of monthly cleaning audits with the client
- Ensure regular meetings with the client are completed to keep an engaged relationship
- Supply hands on support to cleaning teams, if short staffed or supply agency cover
- Respond quickly to any on site issues, providing a detailed solution to both line manager and client
- Keep accurate time and attendance reports and manage T&A system
- Ensure mandatory and H&S training records are kept up to date
- Manage recruitment, onboarding of new cleaners
- Manage stock and materials budgets
Must Have
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within the cleaning sector
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work both early and late shifts each week
- Be able to pass a DBS check
