We have 2 beautiful restaurants, function room, bars, and beer gardens, offering homecooked menus, and using local produce.
Offering breakfast, lunches and evening meals, along with function buffets and dining.
Fully equipped kitchen, including 2 Rational Self Cooking Centres. we are looking for the right person, to join our team, and deliver award winning food service.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food production techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration within the team.
- A creative mindset with a passion for developing new dishes and enhancing existing recipes.
