We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heating and Plumbing Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking team. This role offers a strong salary, excellent benefits, and clear progression opportunities within a company that genuinely values its engineers.
You’ll primarily work within a 40-mile radius of Scunthorpe, with occasional work away (always with plenty of notice). This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer looking for stability, professional growth, and a supportive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of heating systems
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work is compliant with relevant safety standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach
- Work independently and as part of a team when required
- Complete relevant job documentation accurately
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Valid Gas qualifications (essential)
- Recognised Plumbing qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Heating Engineer
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (Nice-to-Have):
- OFTEC certification
- F-Gas qualification
- Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) qualifications

- £45,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
