- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize IT systems to process transactions accurately and update customer records
- Organize merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting
- Drive sales through proactive outreach, including B2B (business-to-business) interactions when applicable
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to explain product details clearly and confidently
- Manage time effectively to balance customer service with administrative tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively
- Valid driving license is advantageous for roles involving travel or delivery coordination
- Familiarity with IT systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and basic organizational tools is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with diverse customers
- Experience in B2B sales or working with corporate clients is a plus but not required
