Our Co Spaces restaurants are two of the busiest and most diverse food destinations within the building. One offers an Italian-inspired, seasonal à la carte menu with a strong focus on fresh salads, high-quality produce, and clean, vibrant flavours. The other provides an à la carte breakfast and a high-quality buffet-style lunch service, using the same care, ingredients, and attention to detail.
As a Chef de Partie, you will run your own section across both kitchens, producing consistent, well-executed dishes and supporting the smooth operation of service. You will be hands-on in daily production, contribute menu ideas, support stock management and ordering, and maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation.
This role suits a chef who is highly consistent, respectful of ingredients, and confident working at pace while upholding exceptional standards.
The Role
- Running a designated section within a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard and within service timelines.
- Maintaining excellent quality, consistency, and portion control.
- Supporting stock control, stock rotation, and ordering processes.
- Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Following recipes, specifications, and allergen procedures accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-safe working environment.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience working with fresh ingredients and quality-driven food concepts.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Understanding of food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance requirements.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the wider team.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
