Robotics , Drone & Coding Club Partner – St Albans

We're RoboLabX, a growing, hands-on robotics and coding club network helping children aged 5–11 think, build and problem-solve like young engineers.
We're expanding across St Albans , and we're not just looking for tutors. We're looking for Club Partners: people who want to take ownership of their own club, build it into something great, and grow with us.
This isn't a passive role. Sessions are practical, fast-paced and creative: children are building robots, coding with Micro:bits, designing in 3D and exploring AI. As a Club Partner, you'll do more than deliver sessions. You'll build relationships with schools and parents, maintain high standards, and help your club grow term after term.
What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM sessions across our St Albans clubs
- Manage groups confidently and ensure every child has a safe, rewarding experience
- Build strong relationships with schools and parents
- Take ownership of your club's growth and reputation
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- A background or strong interest in STEM, coding, robotics or creative technology
- Confident delivering sessions to groups and adapting on the fly
- Professional, punctual and committed: our schools and children rely on you
- Safeguarding awareness (training provided)
- Enhanced DBS required
You might be a: university student, STEM graduate, teacher, teaching assistant or college student with the right experience and attitude.
