We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Biab nails, acrylics, and nail art in accordance with client preferences.
- Provide each services manicure gel, pedicure, Biab in 45’
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Offer personalised advice on nail care, colour choices, and trending styles to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently using the front desk system, ensuring optimal utilisation of time slots.
- Engage with clients professionally, delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Utilise social media management skills to showcase work, attract new clients, and maintain an active online presence.
- Assist with management tasks as needed, including stock control and organising promotional events
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role.
- Certification in nail technology or equivalent recognised qualification is essential.
- Knowledge of current trends in nail art, colour techniques, and treatments such as gel nails or acrylics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and courteously.
- Experience in social media management to promote services effectively.
- Competence in customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Skills in management tasks including appointment scheduling and stock organisation are desirable
Pay: £12.21-£25.00 per hour
