The Deputy Nursery Manager will assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring high standards of care, safety, and educational provision are maintained at all times.

Qualifications and training Required:
Full and Relevant level 3 qualification
Relevant safeguarding training and willingness to update regularly
Essential Experience:
Ability to communicate clearly, good oral and written communication skills
Able and competent user of company ICT systems with willingness to learn and develop ICT skills
Conduct Viewings of the nursery
Opening/closing the nursery
Organising staff shifts
Up to date knowledge of the EYFS
Excellent knowledge of procedures for safeguarding and children’s welfare requirements
