Self-Employed Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)
Location: Liverpool & Merseyside
Pay: £80–£100 daily retainer + uncapped commission
Typical OTE: £150–£200 per day
About Us
We are a rapidly growing exterior cleaning company specialising in professional artificial grass cleaning and restoration across Merseyside.
As demand continues to grow, we're looking for motivated self-employed Field Sales Representatives to help introduce our services to homeowners across new-build developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors and being rewarded for their results.
The Opportunity
You'll be allocated target areas and new-build estates where you'll introduce homeowners to our artificial grass cleaning service.
Your role will include:
- Speaking with homeowners.
- Generating new enquiries.
- Booking customers for our cleaning teams.
- Recording your daily activity and bookings.
- Representing our brand professionally.
Full product and sales training will be provided.
Pay Structure
We believe in rewarding both effort and results.
You'll receive:
- £80–£100 daily retainer (subject to agreed activity targets being completed)
- Commission on every completed booking
- Performance bonuses for achieving weekly booking targets
- Uncapped earning potential
High-performing representatives can earn well in excess of the advertised OTE.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly and confident.
- Self-motivated.
- Reliable.
- Comfortable speaking to homeowners.
- Looking to maximise their earnings.
Previous experience in door-to-door sales, broadband, utilities, fundraising, windows, roofing, solar, telecoms or home improvements is beneficial but not essential.
Self-Employed Role
This opportunity is offered on a self-employed basis.
Successful applicants will:
- Invoice us weekly.
- Be responsible for their own tax and National Insurance.
- Provide their own smartphone.
- Have the flexibility associated with self-employment while working in agreed target areas.
