We’re looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support a gentleman with long‑term, complex needs in his own home. This is a stable, meaningful role where you’ll become a valued part of a small, consistent team.

✅ Confident using common sense and making safe day‑to‑day decisions
✅ Able to cook fresh meals, following IDDSI training and guidance to ensure safe food textures
✅ Willing to support with household tasks to a high standard (cleaning, laundry, general upkeep)
✅ Friendly with a good sense of humour – positivity makes a real difference
✅ Experienced in care
✅ Thorough and detail‑focused, especially with routines and documentation
✅ Honest, respectful and trustworthy – reliability is essential in this package
✅ Consistently punctual and committed to providing stable support

Driver Requirements
A full UK driving licence
You must be over 25 to drive the client’s vehicle
