We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and friendly person to join our Front of House team for 21 hours a week, averaged over a three-week rota. This role will involve working a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The standard shifts are shown at the bottom of this page - additional shifts may be available for holiday and sickness cover as required.
As the first point of contact for all Centre visitors, you will provide customers with advice on Centre activities and services, process bookings, memberships and payments, and maintain customer records, with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Ideally you will have experience working in a busy front of house environment, be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and be able to work on your own confidently and efficiently. Cash handling experience would also be advantageous.
*A Basic DBS check will be required for this position*
Rates of Pay:
£13.23 per hour (18+)
£10.30 per hour (16-17)
