A minimum of a level 3 in early years is needed for the role of a full time Early Years practitioner. You will need to have a sense of fun, be hard working, reliable, professional and have a real passion and commitment towards putting the needs of children at the heart of everything you do. You need to truly care about children, not ‘cut corners ‘and be willing to do things the best way, not the easy way.
You will be willing to work with children of all ages, from babies up to when they leave for school and be patient, calm, caring, knowledgeable and a team player. You will work in 1 room but be happy to cover your colleagues when they are training or on holiday. You will get to know all the children and families.

The job can be over 4 or 5 days and be eirher 40 or 41.25 hours a week. Salary is flexible based upon your experience and is reviewed regularly.
