The Role
As a member of our bar team, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Preparing and serving drinks efficiently and professionally
- Building relationships with our loyal customers and making new visitors feel welcome
- Supporting our events team during busy weekends and special occasions
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working closely with colleagues to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for hospitality and customer service
- Has previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
- Brings enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude to every shift
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Is willing to work flexible shifts covering days, evenings and weekends
- Is aged 18 or over
Previous bar or hospitality experience is welcome, but a great attitude, personality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are just as important.
