The job will initially be working on the waste picking line at our Park Grounds site, near Wootton Bassett. There are plans to develop the plant further the job will transition into a quality control and plant operator in an automated plant.
You will work as part of a highly motivated team under our picking station supervisor, the work is physical and requires a reasonable level of fitness and drive, the current team is mixed in terms of gender, ethnicity and ability, we operate a zero discrimination policy.
The role requires no formal qualifications, training will be provided.
The work is in a fix shift 7am til 5pm pattern, which may require weekend work, with opportunities for overtime
