School Cleaner
Term Time plus addition holiday weeks
To start: 4 August 2026
We are looking to build a strong and reliable cleaning team and are recruiting 4 School Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our school, including the reception area and school facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time work within a supportive school community.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and reception areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Emptying bins and replenishing supplies.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting the site team during holiday deep cleans
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Takes pride in their work and attention to detail.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
Hours:
- Term Time hours Monday - Friday 4.30-8.30pm
- Additional Holiday Weeks: 1 week December, 1 week Easter, and 2 week Summer.
- Hours during this period is 9am - 4.30pm.
