About Us
We are a well‑established workshop specialising in bespoke, high‑quality furniture and joinery, delivering work for premium interiors — including luxury superyachts. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliable delivery. We’re a practical, hands-on team that takes real pride in what leaves the workshop.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Spray Finisher to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in the full finishing process, working on a variety of bespoke pieces rather than repetitive production work.

- Inspecting work and maintaining strong quality control throughout
- Keeping the spray area organised, safe, and efficient
- Keeping up to date with the latest products, materials and finishing techniques
- Working closely with the workshop team to keep projects moving
About You
- Proven experience as a spray finisher in furniture, joinery, or similar
- Good understanding of finishing systems and spray techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Practical, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
- Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
What We Offer
- A steady, long‑term position within a respected, growing workshop
- The chance to work on interesting, varied bespoke projects
- A team environment where quality and craftsmanship matter
- Competitive pay based on experience and ability
- Overtime paid at time and one-third after 37.5 hours.
- A clean, well‑equipped workshop and supportive team
- Additional holiday entitlement with length of service
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
