At Principle Care Homes, we believe mealtimes should be a highlight of every resident’s day. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering fresh, nutritious meals tailored to residents’ individual needs and preferences.
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene and service are consistently maintained. You will help prepare high-quality dishes, supporting menu planning, and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
