Role Overview
Support customers and internal teams through the successful implementation of digital products and business solutions. You'll translate product requirements into practical implementation plans while helping ensure smooth adoption and reliable system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and implementation needs.
- Support configuration and deployment of software products.
- Coordinate testing, data migration, and implementation activities.
- Document business requirements and solution specifications.
- Monitor implementation milestones and resolve issues.
- Prepare user guides and implementation documentation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, business analysis, or software deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
