Overview
Ginseng Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, supporting organisational growth, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft to attract top talent.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate daily HR activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance management initiatives.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Conduct presentations on HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational changes for management and staff.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilise HRIS platforms for record keeping, reporting, and data analysis to optimise HR operations.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within human resources, including supervising teams.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment through ATS platforms.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives and develop strategic HR solutions.
