We are seeking a highly trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaner to manage cleaning across a professional healthcare clinic and two private residential properties. Because this role involves keyholding and working in private/medical spaces, absolute honesty, discretion, and reliability are essential.
The Schedule & Locations
- Healthcare Clinic: 2 hours per week (outside of opening hours — early morning, evening, or weekend). High emphasis on sanitation and clinical presentation.
- 4-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom House: 4 hours weekly. Deep residential cleaning, dusting, and general maintenance.
- 1-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom Apartment: 2 hours fortnightly. Routine residential clean.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface wiping.
- Deep-clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, and high-touch areas (light switches, door handles, counters).
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Lock up securely and maintain keyholder responsibility for all premises.
- Work independently without supervision while maintaining high standards throughout.
Requirements
- Trustworthy & Dependable: References and a clean background check (DBS) will be required due to keyholder duties and access to private/clinical areas.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in delivering a high-standard, hygienic finish every time.
- Punctual & Self-Motivated: Able to manage your time effectively across different sites.
- Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but reliability and a strong work ethic are most important.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
