Full time – 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a Head of Optimisation & Integration – a newly created leadership role , reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer.
This role is at the heart of the Chief Digital Office (CDO ) , where y ou’ll shape how the CDO works, helping teams conn ect, prior itise and deliver at pace. The CDO spans key areas including the mobile app, customer communications, artificial intelligence, gro wth, data and analytics, now organised into platforms focused on specific customer outcomes.
Leading a team of around 50 (with 7 direct reports), you’ll ensure delivery is fast, joined-up and well controlled - bringing structure, clarity and pace across a complex, fast-moving organisation.
Oversee business management, including investment governance, financial performance, risk and controls

Strong experience operating in regulated or complex environments, with accountability for governance, financial performance, risk, controls and suppliers

Experience in digital banking, financial services, technology, data or digital transformation environments
