What Youll Do:
Youll provide emotional and behavioural support, promote a safe and comfortable environment, and assist with daily living and personal goals. Every day, youll help someone move closer to independenceand thats a powerful impact.
What Youll Need:
No previous experience is required. Were looking for people who are:
- Confident and emotionally resilient
- Quick decision-makers
- Able to maintain professional boundaries
- Passionate about helping others thrive
Shift Patterns:
- Between 8am10pm, Monday to Sunday
- Alternate weekends
- Sleep-ins required (with competitive rates)
